LLSD Vestibule Security Upgrades

Project Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received via the PennBid Portal by Lake-Lehman School District and its Board of Directors (hereinafter “LLSD”) for the LLSD Vestibule Security Upgrades. Bids shall be submitted online via PennBid and will be received until 11:00 am (local time) on Thursday, February 20, 2025. The scope of work generally includes concrete, masonry, steel, roofing, entry doors, hardware, windows, casework, finishes, electrical and HVAC items.
Project Bid Documents provided by Verdantas, LLC, 613 Baltimore Drive, Wilkes-Barre, PA, will be available for electronic download on and after January 26, 2025. Bid Documents are available at www.pennbid.net
A BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid price is required with each proposal, in compliance with the Contract Documents. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 10:00 am. Prospective bidders are strongly urged to attend. Interested Bidders will meet, at the Jr-Sr High School, 1128 Old Rte 115, Lehman, PA 18627, then will be able to visit each of the four project locations afterwards.
There is no physical public bid opening for this project. Bids will be revealed via the PennBid website. All interested parties must submit questions through the PennBid website by the deadline indicated. Bidders are not permitted to contact the staff directly.
All Work shall be included under ONE (1) Stipulated Sum Agreement. Bids shall be submitted on this basis, along with all Alternates, as indicated on the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as listed in Article 2 of the Bid Form. The contract is subject to PA Procurement Rules which include the PA Prevailing Wage Act.
