2025 OREM STRIPING PROJECT

Description of Work
The City of Orem is accepting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed Contractor to install
striping on the roads located in Orem City. The Contractor awarded The Work shall install striping
in accordance with the attached Maps, Tables and Specifications. The City and awarded Contractor
shall have the option to renew the agreement annually an additional 4 times.

Obtaining RFP Documents
Proposal documents will be available online May 7, 2025 at bidnetdirect.com (Select the search
bar > enter “Orem” > search).

Receipt of Proposals
Sealed proposals will then be accepted online at Bidnet Direct or by the Office of Purchasing, 56
North State Street, Orem, Utah 84057 until 3 P.M. Thursday, May 28, 2025. Proposals submitted
after this deadline will be rejected. Upon review, the business or individual best meeting the needs
of the City will be contacted for further action.

The City of Orem reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part of any
proposal if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the City. For questions regarding the RFP or

Proposal Questions

Use Bidnet Direct to submit questions and download documents relating to bid items,

It is anticipated that work will begin after all contract documents are signed and returned to the
City.
