NOTICE TO BID
Echo Hills Stormwater Cost-Share
The Campbell County Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids until 1:00 p.m.
January 7th, 2026 for drainage improvements on Echo Hills and Midway
Drive. All bidding instructions are in the Invitation to Bid – ECHO HILLS
STORMWATER COST-SHARE. Invitation to bid and specifications are available
from Cardinal Engineering.
BID ENVELOPE MUST BE LABELED: “ECHO HILLS STORMWATER
COST-SHARE”.
Plans and specifications were prepared by Cardinal Engineering, 1 Moock Road,
Wilder, KY 41071 (859-581-9600). Copies of the invitation to bid, plans,
specifications, and any related information can be obtained by contacting Mr. Matt
Bogen, PE, at Cardinal Engineering. Invitation to bid, plans, and specifications will
be available for pickup beginning June 17th, 2025. Electronic specs are available at
no charge; hard copies may be obtained at $25.00 per set.
Campbell County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any
informalities, and to negotiate the modifications of any bid or to accept that bid
which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from a standpoint of
customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such a bid may
not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. No bid may be withdrawn
for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receipt of bids.
