The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a new concrete walkway approximately 300 LF at the ASTI MEB building in Anchorage, Alaska per the attached drawing. Contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items of work per the SOW attached.



A site visit is scheduled for October 8th, 2024 8am ASK. Email Haylee.p.hildebrand@faa.gov to RSVP for the site visit by Monday October 7th EOD.



PROPOSAL DUE DATE EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 21ST 2PM CST.



The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort is



NAICS 237310, Highway, street, and bridge construction. $45m is the size standard.





This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW included AMS Clause 3.6.1- NOTICE TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (OCT 2019).
