1883-25 -ITB- Pitkin Elementary Classroom IAQ Improvements

East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks a licensed and experienced HVAC contractor to provide indoor air ventilation improvements to classrooms and instructional spaces. Qualified contractors will have extensive experience with the installation of both new and upgraded ventilation systems (including Energy Recovery Ventilation) in commercial building applications, The work location is at Pitkin Elementary School, located at 330 Hills Street located in East Hartford, Ct 06108. A mandatory pre-bid site tour will be held on Thursday, March 27th, 2025 at 9:00am beginning inside the Main Lobby at Pitkin Elementary School, 330 Hills Street, East Hartford, Ct 06108. Contractors are encouraged to participate in the site visit to view existing conditions as a requirement to bid this work. This will be the only opportunity to view the jobsite prior to the Bid opening.
