1884-25 -ITB- East Hartford High School HVAC Roof Top Unit Replacements

East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks a licensed and experienced HVAC contractor to replace four (4) Roof Top Package Units servicing their Library/Media Center. Qualified contractors will have extensive experience with the installation of HVAC Roof Top systems in commercial building applications. The work location is at East Hartford High School, located at 869 Forbes Street located in East Hartford, Ct 06108. A mandatory pre-bid site tour will be held on Thursday, March 27th, 2025 at 10:30am beginning inside the Main Lobby at East Hartford High School, 869 Forbes Street, East Hartford, CT 06108. Contractors are encouraged to participate in the site visit to view existing conditions as a requirement to bid this work. This will be the only opportunity to view the jobsite prior to the BID opening.
