Questions regarding this solicitation must be received by email to mstripling@mydavenport.org no later than Friday, February 20, 2026. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation shall be distributed via formal Addendum and posted to the City website.

All Qualification Packages must be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with "CITY OF DAVENPORT Stormwater Vulnerability Assessment 2026-01”. Qualification Packages shall be submitted together with any and all supporting documentation enclosed. Qualification Packages will be received at Davenport City Hall located at 1 South Allapaha Avenue, Davenport, FL 33837 ATTENTION: Rachel Castillo until 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Submittals may be either mailed or hand delivered prior to the above deadline. Postmarks will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assure that bids are received at City Hall no later than the specified time and date. Submittals received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
