NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), INTENDS TO PROCURE CONTRACTUAL SERVICES FROM RICHARD GRUBB AND ASSOCIATES, INC FOR PROJECT PA ERFO DEWA 2021 1(1) FOR A CULTURAL SURVEY WITHIN THE DELAWARE WATER GAP NATIONAL RECREATION AREA (DEWA), NORTHHAMPTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA.
RICHARD GRUBB AND ASSOCIATES, INC IS HIGHLY FAMILIAR WITH THE UNIQUE HISTORY AND CULTURAL RESOURCES OF DEWA, HAS A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE UNIQUE DATA COLLECTION PROCESS OF THE PARK, AND CLOSE IN PROXIMITY TO THE SITE WHICH ALIGNS WITH THE URGENT TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION.
