2025/2026 Lawn Maintenance - Alt #5

Project Description: Alt #5 – Horsham Township Municipal Complex Mowing Bid Horsham Township is seeking bids for turf maintenance of the Horsham Township municipal complex located at 1025 Horsham Road, Horsham, PA 19044. This bid is for a 2 year contract to run for the 2025 and 2026 mowing seasons. Work will begin April 1st of each aforementioned year and conclude on October 31st of each year. Detailed information such as specific locations, price sheets, maps for each location, and mowing specifications can all be found in the attached bid packet. Interested bidders are encouraged to self-tour the mowing sites and locations prior to bidding. Bid surety in the amount of 10% of the contract price will be required and successful low bidder will be required to put forth a performance bond in an amount not less than the contract price within 10 days of being awarded the contract. Bids will be received electronically until 10:00AM March 5th , 2025 when they will be opened publicly at the Horsham Township building located at 1025 Horsham Road, Horsham, PA 19044. Horsham Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and/or to waive informality in the bids. No bids shall be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.
