EVENT END DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN UPDATED. SEE ADDENDUM 1 FOR MORE INFORMATION.
THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase fabricated gates and locking posts to be delivered to various locations for the DNR.
The Contractor(s) must be able to provide these items at a contracted rate to the locations listed in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation Must be submitted via email to Denise Katchmark at denise.katchmark@state.mn.us no later than January 28, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
