Synopsis
|
The County, under agreement and in partnership with the City of Seattle, is seeking proposals for a SMART Dispatch Service (the Service). The Service will provide an on-demand, coordinated dispatch system for wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) with multiple accessible contact points for customers. The Service shall be completely developed, coordinated and operated by the Contractor (and subcontractors, if applicable), while adhering to King County regulatory oversights through the Records and Licensing Services Division (RALS), and as specified in the resulting contract of this RFP.
