A solicitation conference will be held on 07/25/25 via virtual meeting to discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The virtual meeting may be accessed via this LINK . OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a competitively selected contract, per ORC 125.05, to rebid the current Multiple Award Contract (MAC034) for Emergency Generator Service and Repair. This will be achieved by establishing a list of prequalified contractors. Agencies will utilize the list of prequalified Contractors by soliciting quotes based on established ceiling prices to procure their generator maintenance and repair needs
