The City of Davenport is accepting proposals from qualified electrical contractors to provide electrical services at the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP), located at 2606 South Concord Street, Davenport, Iowa 52802. The primary use of this contract will provide a dedicated electrician on site at the WPCP, on-call services are also incorporated. Hourly on-call pricing may be used for work at other city-owned facilities as needed.
The Electrical Contractor awarded this contract will provide Electrical Repair Services on equipment and systems rated 600 volts and below. The length of contract shall be for three years with annual performance evaluation. The contract would begin after City Council has approved. Proposed hourly rates shall include all labor, tools, transportation to work site and transportation while on site, and incidentals necessary to perform work specified in scope of work.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
