Overview

Summary

The Town of Davie Fire Rescue Department is seeking a vendor to provide routine semi annual preventative maintenance and as needed repairs to all exercise equipment within Town of Davie's seven (7) fire rescue stations. The estimated budget for this solicitation is $15,000.00.

Background

Our Town has 7 fire rescue stations , with each station having its own set of gym equipment including but not limited to cross trainers, rowing machines, stair climbers, stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, and strength equipment, is required twice a month, or 24 times per year.

The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
