Description

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide USG Training Courses and Management System to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (USG) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide pre-made training courses and/or a SaaS or Cloud Training Management System for use by our Athletics, Cyber, Ethics and Compliance, HR, IT, and Student Affairs departments. This will be a contract available for use by all USG institutions. The USG intends to award an initial one (1) year contract with the option of nine (9) one (1) year options. However, vendors also have the option to provide pricing for an initial one (1) year contract with the option of four (4) one (1) year options to renews as a comparison to show best value for the longer contract. Options shall be exercisable at the sole discretion of the State Entity.  The USG may award to multiple suppliers if it is determined to be the best value for the requested solution. The USG also reserves the right to make a partial award if it is determined to be in the best interest of the USG. Vendors should indicate in the cost worksheet if pricing for line items would increase in the event the item is selected for a partial award. Should an implementation partner be required for the proposed solution the USG will work with an Implementer either through the Training Management System provider or directly outside of this solicitation.
