Description

This is a formal notice of intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with the FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire Demand Guru Software Lincense Renewal.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitve quotes; any other interested pary may sbumit a capability statement no later than 30 July 2025, 1200, PM CST. A determinatin by the Government not to compete this procurment after receiving responses is exclusively at the discretion of the Government.
