2026 Winter Gravel Load, Haul & Stockpile

The Rural Municipality of Miry Creek No. 229 is accepting tenders for a Winter 2026 gravel load, haul, and stockpile contract.

Specifications:

Approximately 15,000 cubic yards
Pit Location: NW 9-23-20 W3
Stockpile Location: NW 9-20-20 W3 (approx. 18 miles)
Completion Deadline: March 15, 2026
Minimum two (2) truck units required
Hauler must supply loader with working scale

Submissions must include:

Loading, hauling, and stockpiling rates
Equipment listing
Proof of insurance ($2M liability / $1M auto)
WCB Letter of Good Standing
Letter of reference

Tender Deadline: 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 6, 2026
