O-RING

This Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract that will provide support for a broad range of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) O-Ring products for the Department of Defense (DoD) and any Federal Government Agency. However, the primary customer is intended to be DLA Land and Maritime. This multiple award contract is formally called the O-Rings Competitive Contract (O-RCC). Through the use of the O-RCC, the Government can procure any item(s) that are within scope of the contract. Items within scope of the contract will be solicited via an order Request for Quote (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) to O-RCC contract holders. O-RCC contract holders will be given a fair opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.505(b). The Government is making multiple awards, with each awarded contract to provide all items that fit within the scope of the contract(s). This O-RCC has an ordering period of four (4) years, and two three-year (3) year option periods, totaling 10 potential contract years. The total contract maximum per awardee for all 10 years is $49,000,000.00.
