Description

The City of Warner Robins (¿City¿) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and interested consultants to conduct and deliver a comprehensive Developmental Impact Fee Study in accordance with all processes and requirements of the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act. The purpose of the study is to consider the implementation of new development impact fees related to residential, commercial, and industrial growth and development within the corporate boundaries of the City. It is the City¿s intent to award a contract for the project to a single consultant or consultant team.

Submissions will be accepted via the City¿s online procurement system, IonWave, until Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM(ET).

Offerors are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to RFP specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM(ET).
