This project involves the construction of Landfill Gas (LFG) flare system improvements at the Mid-Valley Sanitary Landfill in Rialto, California. The scope of work includes site grading and preparation, construction of concrete foundations, modification of existing LFG piping, and installation of new LFG piping and electrical infrastructure. The project also includes the construction of a new LFG flare station equipped with two (2) Perennial Energy low NOx enclosed ground flares, LFG blowers, condensate sumps, air compressors, pumps, condensate storage tank, knockout vessel, and flow/pressure monitoring instruments. Optional work may include demolition, salvage, and relocation of existing flare system components, as well as the providing a temporary rental generator, if required. All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved design documents.
