This project includes repairs and maintenance of three vertical aboveground storage tanks – Facilities 7065, 7066, and 7068. See attached Statement Of Work (SOW) and Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure.
CAPABILITIES STATEMENT
Companies interested in the potential procurement should submit a brief capabilities statement as one PDF. The capabilities statement shall include the following.
1. Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Include CAGE code and UEI number from the company’s SAM registration.
2. A completed Experience/Capability Worksheet along with a brief description of experience with similar construction projects performed within the past ten years in any areas that may be required for the project. Describe if work was performed as a prime or subcontractor, the location (name of city and country), and value in U.S. dollars.
3. The company’s capability to perform the repair project in Fort Hood, Texas.
4. Feedback, if any, on the acquisition strategy for the Government to consider, such as Request For Proposal using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable or Tradeoff source selection process, Invitation For Bid, sole source, etc.
