City of Lumpkin, Georgia ARPA park grant bid request

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Lumpkin, Georgia at the Lumpkin City Hall, 544 MLK Jr. Drive, Lumpkin, Georgia 31815 until 11 a.m., local time, April 7, 2026 for the Park Improvements in Lumpkin, Georgia, as part of the Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities (INOIDIC) project awarded to Stewart County, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A PRE-BID MEETING will be held on April 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., local time, at the Lumpkin City Hall, 544 MLK Jr. Drive, Lumpkin, Georgia 31815. Bidders will be given an opportunity to inspect the project sites. Contractors are encouraged but not required to attend and participate in this meeting. Representatives of Owner will be present to discuss the project.
