Issue Date: February 20, 2026
Sealed bids will be received at the Madison County Water Department building, located at 94 Spring
Lake Dr. Danielsville, GA 30633 until 10:00 AM EST on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. At the time, date, and
address noted above, the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Madison County IDBA
Conference Room for the following project. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
WORK under this contract includes the construction of a commercial driveway and right-of-way
improvements including site work, appurtenances, labor and materials necessary to complete the WORK.
The WORK shall include a number of tasks to be performed by the CONTRACTOR as issued through
December 31, 2026 in accordance with plans and specifications issued by Madison County.

and Payments bonds, Bidder qualifications and other contract documents can be obtained via email at

shall be received no later than 10:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
Pursuant to Georgia law, no bids will be considered without an executed E-Verify affidavit. The
successful bidder will be required to pay sales and use tax on materials purchased or used on this project.
Progress payments and retainage for construction shall be submitted to Owner monthly and payment
terms are net 30.
OWNER requires a bid bond* in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be enclosed with the
bid at the time of bid opening.
