Description

The Government is assessing industry's capability to design and construct a turnkey modular 10-lane, indoor firearms training facility in the Northern Virginia region.

The Government is seeking input on design/engineering costs, modular construction estimates, and range-specific requirements (ballistic containment, HVAC/lead mitigation, acoustics) across multiple range configurations (100-yard, 50-yard, and 25-yard), along with estimated timelines for each.

The anticipated project would include complete design, engineering, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover of the facility.

The Government anticipates project completion no later than the end of Fiscal Year 2029.
