Description
The Tattnall County Board of Commissioners are requesting bids to install new roof covering on the Tattnall County Courthouse located at 108 W. Brazell St., Reidsville, GA 30453. Proposals shall include pricing for removal and disposal of existing roofing material, repair of wood substrate in areas deemed necessary, and installation of 40 mil white PVC heat welded single ply membrane with a ½¿ insulated underlayment per the manufactures guidelines and carry a 15-year warranty.
