A/C -JANITORIAL SERVICE - HYUNDAI CENTER

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Annual Contract for Janitorial Services ¿ Hyundai Mobility Training Center to the Georgia QuickStart (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

The Hyundai Mobility Training Center is a state-of-the-art workforce training facility located 700 Genesis Drive, Ellabell, Georgia part of the Bryan County area. The Training Center is operated by Georgia QuickStart, a workforce development program that¿s part of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG). It is designed to train workers for advanced electric and hybrid vehicle manufacturing at Hyundai¿s adjacent EV plant and for affiliated suppliers. The facility focuses on hands-on, real-world skill development so trainees are prepared for jobs on the production floor.

The 89,000 square foot facility houses laboratory spaces, computers labs, classrooms, meeting rooms and administrative spaces and can serve up to 824 trainees at once. This facility includes simulated production lines, labs for robotics, welding, paint, automation and mechatronics, and specialized areas like high-voltage battery and safety labs. The successful contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, maintenance and services to perform the janitorial seq as described within the attached eRFQ.
