Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Maryland’s Commitment to Veterans, is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to provide the opportunity for local nonprofit organizations to establish and expand community behavioral health programs that serve the behavioral health needs of eligible service members, veterans, and their family members and connect eligible individuals to appropriate community-based care in a timely manner on discharge from the community behavioral health program.
