| Notes | The El Paso Independent School District Facilities and Construction Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide Architectural/Engineering Design Services in preparation to construct a new state-of-the-art educational facility designated as the New Bliss School. This comprehensive project encompasses the design-build delivery of an approximately 125,000 square foot facility engineered to accommodate 800 students. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to deliver a modern educational environment that meets current educational standards and supports 21st-century learning methodologies. |
