REBID: POM & OMC GAS STATION INSPECTION, TESTING, & REPAIRS

This job order contract shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations, emergency repairs, and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to fuel pumps, under dispenser containment, fuel, vapor and secondary piping, underground storage tank, fuel system wiring, sumps, drop tubes, fill buckets, vapor recovery and other related equipment inspection, testing, and repairs. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) including inspection notification and permitting. The work shall be located in the Presidio of Monterey, Ord Military Community and/or any other site managed or operated by the City of Monterey.
