Intent:
The intent of this solicitation is to secure a contract to purchase flags for the City of Irving,
which will be ordered on an “as-needed” basis.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and the responses will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
