Scope of Services
It is the intent of this bid to establish a contract for a period of one (1) year from date of award during which time the
successful bidder shall guarantee firm prices for the fabrication, shop time, and materials for items as specified in the
bid. The specifications establish the minimum requirements for providing and/or installing signage as described
herein, to be used district wide by the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida.

Some of these were clear that they need to be the aluminum composite but for line item #5 this is not the case. Per the Bid Specifications on Page 15 of the ITB, under SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor(s) shall be responsible for fabrication and delivery of ADA compliant, regulatory signage, and/or LED informational signage to the District on an as needed basis. Thank you. |

Per the Bid Specifications on Page 23 of the ITB, under DISPATCH OF WORK All signage must go through appropriate Facilities Services Managers for location and permitting. Thank you. |
