at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid forms will be available on the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com on October 28, 2025, under the “Available Solicitations” tab.
The Springfield Police Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for the supply and delivery of its printing needs. Printing will include forms, booklets, postcards and additional items on an on-call, as needed basis.
The estimated value is $20,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5 and other procurement statutes.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than November 7, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. to Carol Teixeira-Dragon at CT-Dragon@springfieldcityhall.com. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
