Invitation For Bids
Sarasota County will select a contractor to provide general moving services to and from various County facilities located throughout Sarasota County and specialized moving services for the relocation of voting machines for the Supervisor of Elections from the designated warehouse to multiple polling locations throughout Sarasota County on an as-needed basis.
The County anticipates an initial contract term of three (3) years. .

General moving services are defined as the relocation of office furniture, materials, equipment, and incidental items typically found in a professional setting, to and from various County facilities located throughout Sarasota County.
Specialized moving services are defined exclusively as the relocation of voting machines for the Supervisor of Elections from the designated warehouse to multiple polling locations throughout Sarasota County.
