Solicitation Summary
Sealed proposals shall be submitted in duplicate and received at the offices of the Board of Education of Allegany County, 108 Washington Street, Cumberland, MD 21502 until 2:00 PM local time August 7, 2025 for the Exterior Windows Replacement at Westernport Elementary School for the Board of Education of Allegany County. Thereafter, such proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The sealed proposals will be in accordance with the plans and technical specifications prepared for this solicitation.

Additional Instructions
48 exterior windows are to be replaced on the 1st (ground) floor of Westernport ES.
Bonafide General Contractors may obtain an electronic set of the Drawings and Specifications from the Allegany County Public Schools Construction Department . Upon award of the Contract, the successful General Contractor shall utilize the electronic set for printing of additional sets required for construction. Any addenda will also be provided electronically. Email Jay Marley at william.marleyiii@acpsmd.org to request bid documents.
