General 1. Provide submittals of mechanical equipment to be utilized on the project. 2. Provide two rental refrigeration trailers for temporary use while project is executed. 2a. Trailers to be delivered and positioned per client directions. 2b. Client shall maintain trailer operations during rental period. 2c. Client shall fuel generators during rental period. 2d. Trailers to be removed at completion of project. 3. Extend exterior rack concrete housekeeping pad approximately 2 feet toward the building to accommodate the larger footprint of the new rack skid. 3a. Extension to be pinned to existing pad with rebar dowels. 3b. Provide and install rebar perpendicular to the dowels oriented the length of the extension pad. 3c. The extension pad will be pinned to the existing concrete at grade. 4. Provide hauling of equipment and materials. 5. Provide crane for rigging equipment. 6. Provide one year material and labor warranty.

Mechanical: 1. Reclaim refrigerant from existing system and dispose of per EPA guidelines. 2. Disconnect existing refrigerant piping from existing equipment. 3. Remove existing equipment and dispose of environmentally. 4. Provide and install new refrigeration equipment. 4a. Provide and install new refrigeration rack located outside at grade. 4b. Provide and install (8) new evaporators in each cooler box. 5. Provide and install new refrigeration piping, supports, and insulation. 5a. Piping to be installed above existing cooler boxes. 5b. Piping penetrations into cooler boxes via existing penetrations. 5c. Penetrations to be sealed with spray foam. Excess to be trimmed. 5d. Piping located outside the building will be insulated and wrapped with PVC jacket. 5e. Piping located inside the building will be insulated. PVC jacket excluded. 6. Provide and install heat trace on freezer drain lines. 7. Provide and install pipe circuit label to identify pipe loop to each cooler box. 8. Pressure test all new field installed refrigeration piping. 9. Pull vacuum on all new field installed piping. 10. Provide refrigerant to charge each circuit. 11. Provide startup of equipment. 12. Demo existing refrigeration piping and insulation. 13. Return approximately 30 calendar days after startup to verify operation of system, check refrigerant charge, and electrical systems. 14. Provide close-out documentation. 14a. Start Up Reports 14b. Equipment IOMs and manufacturer warranty documentation 14c. Contractor Warranty Letter.
