Town of Rehoboth, acting by and through its Highway Department

The Town of Rehoboth, acting by and through its Highway Department, invites sealed bids for the following products and services for FY 2027:

  • Washed screened sand, stone, and gravel
  • Type 1 bituminous concrete
  • Tack coat and cold patch (In-place and F.O.B.)
  • Steel Beam Guardrails
  • Street Line Painting
  • Crack Sealing
  • Stone Chip Seal

Contract documents may be obtained electronically (preferred method) by emailing "Dawn Bremilst" or at the Rehoboth Highway Department at 345 Anawan St, Rehoboth, MA 02769.

Sealed bids are due to the Rehoboth Board of Selectmen’s Office, 340 Anawan St, Rehoboth, MA 02769 no later than 10 AM Monday May 11, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened & read aloud at 10:15 AM, at the Highway Department, 345 Anawan St. Rehoboth, MA 02769.

The Town of Rehoboth reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in the best interest of the Town.

ONE DAY SPECIAL LIQUOR LICENSES
One Day Special Liquor License Requirements:
All One Day Special Licenses must be issued to a natural person (an
individual) or a responsible manager acting on behalf of a corporation,
partnership, or other entity, who will be the person responsible for the sale of
the alcohol
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 138, Section 41 a Special License must be
obtained when delivery of alcohol is considered to be a sale of alcohol-a
caterer must obtain a Special License when arranging for the delivery of
alcohol on which they shall make a profit
Persons holding a special license must purchase alcoholic beverages from a
licensed wholesaler/importer, manufacturer, farmer-winery, farmer-brewery
or special permit holder. A person holding a MGL Chapter 138, Section 14
(Special License) license cannot purchase alcoholic beverages from a
package store
You will be required to submit the following documents:
Completed Application for Special License
Signed CORI Authorization Form for each individual working at event
and/or Manager of Corporation at the discretion of the Board of Selectmen's
Office
Certificate of Insurance Liability to the Town of Rehoboth for Workers
Comp Insurance, if applicable
Signed Workers' Comp Certificate
Check for $25.00 per date payable to the Town of Rehoboth
