The purpose of this RFP is to fund a VPP or DERMS to be located in the District at site(s) to be identified by the Offeror. The project funded by this RFP should be designed to provide insights and new learnings to assist the Commission in identifying technologies and policies that can be implemented in the District to modernize the distribution energy delivery system for increased sustainability. | Karen M.
