Deep Meadow Park Parking Lot & Trail Sub Stone & Asphalt Placement

Project Description: Project is located at Deep Meadow Park, 1020 Horsham Road, Horsham, Pennsylvania. The BASE BID project is the placement 2A sub stone parking lot and trails, then paving a section of the parking lot where the ADA parking is located. The ALTERNATE BIDS include paving the reminder of the parking lot and paving the walking trails. The extent of the work performed shall include all materials, labor and equipment to perform the necessary construction and rehabilitation as shown and described in the contract documents, specifications and details. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and services necessary for the proper execution of the work for which the contractor has submitted a bid.
Scaled bids will be received electronically until 10:00a.m. on January 24, 2025 by Horsham Township, 1025 Horsham Road, Horsham, Pennsylvania 19044. All Bidding Documents and Solicitation details may be obtained at PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
Bid surety in the amount often percent (10%) of the bid price is required. A Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to the contract price will be required from the successful low bidder after the contract is awarded. Horsham Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from contract and to waive informality in the bids
HORSHAM TOWNSHIP COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS. NO BID SHALL BE WITHDRAWN WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE OPENING THEREOF.
