Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Orleans Keywords: Building Materials and Supplies, HVAC, Plumbing and Heating, Windows and Window Decor, Electrical Contractor, Renewable Energy, Building Rehabilitation Bid Description: Barton Village is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide installation services for various energy efficiency measures at the Barton Village Memorial Building. The tasks are based on an Energy Assessment previously performed by the village. The work will involve energy conservation upgrades including thermal envelope improvements, HVAC system updates, lighting retrofit, and renewable energy installation. See attached RFP document. Prebid walk through is strongly encouraged. Schedule site visit with contact listed. Building Mechanical plans & HVAC design available upon request.
