Project Description: Bids are invited for the following contract: Sewage Collection System Rehabilitation
The project is located within Franklin Township and Middleburg Borough, Snyder County, Pennsylvania and generally consists of replacement of approximately 3,180 L.F. of existing sanitary sewer sanitary sewer with 8-inch diameter PVC pipe in roadways and permanent sewer easements, replacement of existing manholes with 7 precast concrete manholes, 13 connections to existing manholes, approximately 300 L.F. of 6-inch PVC sewer lateral stubs and cleanouts connecting to existing sewer laterals, Structural Epoxy Lining of manholes, Manhole Frame and Cover replacements and other work as specified and indicated on the Construction Drawings.
Sealed bids will be received electronically via PennBid for the Sewage Collection System Rehabilitation and will be received until 12:00 PM prevailing local time on Monday, February 3rd, 2025 by Middleburg Municipal Authority.
All bids are to be submitted on the Bid Forms contained in the PennBid website. A 10% Bid Bond or a 10% Certified Bank Check must be submitted with the bid.

No Bidder may withdraw his or her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual opening thereof.
