RFP ##25008 - Restrictive Covenant Modification Program Services

With the passage of Assembly Bill No. 1466 (Exhibit B), effective July 1, 2022, the County Recorder is required to implement a Restrictive Covenant Modification Program. Through this program, the County Recorder, in partnership with a vendor, will identify previously recorded documents containing illegal restrictive language. The vendor will assist in redacting the illegal language and re-recording a new Restrictive Covenant Modification (RCM) document with the corrections.
