Solicitation Summary
The Community Health Worker Program, housed in the Office of Population Health Improvement (OPHI) at the Maryland Department of Health (MDH or Department), is seeking the services of a contractor to deliver virtual professional development healthcare trainings targeted to community health workers (CHWs). The instructional and supporting materials will be provided by OPHI for the trainings in the following five (5) healthcare areas: Behavioral Health, Chronic Disease: Asthma, Infectious Disease, Maternal and Child Health, and Older Adults and Aging.
