INVITATION FOR BIDS

Heritage Village Playground

The City of Lockport will receive sealed bids for selective tree removal, demolition, excavation, drainage, concrete, tool shed fabrication and installation, play component installation, top-soil and landscaping. Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, BEP Requirements, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Details of this document.

Obtaining BidDocuments: The Bidding Documents can be viewed online on the City of Lockport’s website. The Bidding Documents can be obtained from the City of Lockport. Prospective bidders shall email Daniel Powers at dpowers@lockport.org to request the documents.

Bids will be received until Wednesday, February 4,2026, at 11:00AM localtime, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. The bid opening will be held at Lockport Public Works, 17112 Prime Blvd., Lockport, IL 60441. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Lockport, City Clerk, 17112 Prime Blvd., Lockport, IL 60441 and marked to indicate the following:
