Professional Engineering Services

Project Description: Opportunity Home San Antonio and as the general partner (GP) of various Limited Partnerships (affiliated entities) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and bonded entities with demonstrated experience to conduct and provide professional engineering services required for all of Opportunity Home and its LPs as deemed necessary for the operation, maintenance and improvements of the various properties and their operating systems.
Engineering performed pursuant to an award resulting from this RFQ shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted professional engineering standards. The successful Engineer shall be required to certify that each and every service is performed in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations and with Generally Accepted Engineering Principles.
Opportunity Home hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced firms for the engineering services for Opportunity Home and its limited partnerships/affiliated entities, which include but are not limited to:
Civil Mechanical
Construction Geological
Electrical Plumbing
Structural Testing (including materials testing)
Demolition Surveying, Land Surveying
Cost Estimating Code Analysis
Build San Antonio Green Standards Forensic (non-litigation)
