The Crozet WTP at 4675 Three Notchâd Road, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22901 is constructing a new building/structure for a new Granular Activated Carbon Facility. In general, the work includeselectrical work, building foundation and pre-engineered metal building, associated mechanical andelectrical equipment, relocation of underground utilities, site work (grading, fencing, and driveway improvements), site piping (backwash supply, backwash waste, GAC effluent, and clearwell influent water main), installation of process equipment for additional GAC treatment, GACcontactors, intermediate services pipes, process piping, and construction of a new cast-in-place concrete clearwell structure.
