Description

This requirement is for a service contract for the annual preventive maintenance and repair service on one (1) Onsrud 5 axis machine Model F148HM24CH2. Annual, on-site preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair on the equipment to include inspection, cleaning, re-alignment, and testing. The repairs shall include any adjustments, modifications, parts, labor, and software re-installation required to restore the equipment to OEM specifications. One time, during the first on-site preventative maintenance, the Contractor shall provide troubleshooting/diagnostics and a repair service to restore the equipment to full Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM) specifications. The contractor shall operate and perform functional tests, in accordance with OEM guidelines, of the equipment, to verify that the repair has restored the equipment to OEM specifications. All work shall be performed by an OEM qualified service technician, using OEM parts and consumables. The period of performance is estimated to be from 27 January 2025 – 26 January 2026. The place of performance shall be within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) at PHNSY& IMF.
