WATER MAIN EXTENSION - NORTH BRYAN COUNTY

The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking Sealed proposals for the construction of approximately 14,350 LF of a new 30-inch water main along I-16 in Bryan County, Georgia.
Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Commission Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Bryan County Administration Building, located at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 until 2:30 PM, March 24th, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly.

The scope of work includes installation of approximately 14,350 LF of 30-inch water main along I-16 in Bryan County, Georgia. The work shall include horizontal directional drills (HDD), jack and bore, butterfly valves, air release valves, fire hydrants, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project.
Plans and Specifications are to be obtained from Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co., (Issuing Office) at 50 Park of Commerce Way, Savannah, Georgia 31405 upon payment of $350.00 (plus shipping charges as applicable). The payment is nonrefundable. Contact Karen Smulski via email, smulski.k@tandh.com, to request plans and specifications. Only Bidders who obtain documents from Thomas & Hutton (the Issuing Office) shall be placed on the plan holder list and allowed to submit bids.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the 2nd floor Commission Meeting Room at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324. Following the Pre-Bid Conference will be a visit to the Project Site. The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory for the potential Bidders. The last day to submit questions in writing shall be Friday, March 13th, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
