| Solicitation Document Description: | This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) city division known as Toronto Fire Services (TFS) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive for supply of all labour, materials, equipment and supplies, on an as needed basis, to provide Body Repairs, Body Fabrication and Upfitting, Aerial Ladder Repairs, Full Body Refurbishment and Repairs, and Heavy Truck Frame Member Replacement for Fire Fighting Apparatus owned and operated by the City of Toronto (the “City”) city division known as Toronto Fire Services (TFS), all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the “Deliverables”). |

Refer to Part 3, Section 1.7 for further details. |
