Landscaping for City Cemeteries

The City of Framingham (‘City), acting through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority is accepting sealed bids for general landscaping services on the grounds Old South Cemetery, approximately .53 acres located at Winthrop Street; Main Street Cemetery, approximately 4.06 acres located on Main Street; Edwards Cemetery, approximately 10.26 acres located on Edward Street. Services include mowing, leaf removal, shrub trimming and related services.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  portal on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 after 11:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
