16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 597 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. The Vessels laden speed shall be 13 knots.
